Dramatic Arts Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
- **Conduct Enrichment Programmes**:Lead and execute engaging enrichment programmes in Speech and Drama, Public Speaking, and Visual Arts as extracurricular activities in preschools and primary schools.
- **Individualised Student Support**:Keep accurate records of each child's progress, addressing their educational and developmental needs on an individual basis. Complete progress reports for each semester to track and communicate student development.
- **Resource Management**:Prepare and maintain age-appropriate teaching resources, manage attendance records, and update programmes as necessary to ensure continued enrichment.
- **Relationship Building**:Cultivate and strengthen relationships with students, and school partners to foster a supportive and collaborative learning environment.
- **Educational Background and Experience**:Possess a Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education, Theatre Studies/Management, Speech and Drama, or demonstrate at least one year of experience as an Enrichment Teacher in Gym Movement, Music, or Performing Arts/ Visual Arts.
- **Communication Skills**:Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with students, parents, and school partners.
- **Positive Mindset and Creativity**:Bring enthusiasm, energy, and a positive mindset to contribute to the nurturing and growth of students and the company. Showcase creativity and a love for imparting knowledge through artistic expression.
- **Training and Fresh Graduates**:Training will be provided, and fresh graduates are welcomed to apply, provided they possess the passion and drive for this role.
- **Bilingual Skills (Advantageous)**:Proficiency in both English and Chinese is advantageous, but not mandatory.
