We are looking for a passionate and experienced **Supervisor**to lead our front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring excellence in service, staff management, and overall outlet performance.

**Position**:Outlet Manager (Full-time)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations (FOH & BOH)
- Lead, motivate, and train service and kitchen teams
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and cost controls
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in compliance with SFA/MOM guidelines
- Drive sales and support marketing efforts to grow the outlet's performance
- Handle staffing, recruitment, and performance reviews

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role (F&B preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine and restaurant operations is a plus
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Positive attitude and hands-on approach
