Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Ensure that statutory corporate tax compliance requirements and internal reporting obligations are met. This includes preparing/ filing the annual income tax returns, and monthly current tax and deferred tax provisions as well as ensuring SOX compliance.- Regularly track and monitor for tax incentives conditions compliance.- Manage the transfer pricing compliance risk by ensuring transfer pricing documentation is in place. This includes the review of transfer pricing reports.- Support resolution of disputes or audits with tax authorities.- Keeping abreast of Singapore and international tax developments, and proactively working with the finance and global tax team in advancing efforts to ensure that the entities/ businesses are ready to meet the complex demands for tax reporting, compliance and planning (e.g. BEPS 2.0).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or equivalent.- At least 2 years of experience in a Big 4 and/or large MNC.- Must have tax preparation experience.

Relocation Options:
Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.

International Considerations:
Chevron participates in E-Verify in certain locations as required by law.
