**Job Description**:
The Executive will be part of the team to develop and implement key strategies to shape and develop the community mental health ecosystem under the Community Mental Health Masterplan, He/she will be supporting the Department of Psychiatry in overseeing the education, clinical and outreach of the Assessment & Shared Care Team (ASCAT) and Aftercare services programme. This includes:
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders in the development and implementation of community health programme

Crete, review and develop education materials in consultation with Psychiatrists or other healthcare providers

Provide administrative/logístical support to the team in the coordination of outreach and engagement events/activities

Tracking and monitoring of quality and clinical outcomes, as well as the collation and generation of regular reports for the various clinical programmes

Requirement
Bachelor degree with 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably in operations, data/project management
Good team player with strong interpersonal and engagement skills
Comfortable to work with diverse group of stakeholders
Possess strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
Possess good written and verbal communication skills
