Travel Consultant

Our Client is a global leisure company with a network of over 3,200 resorts in over 80 countries and offers high-quality accommodation and leisure products through its offices in 13 countries. They are currently looking for a Travel Consultant. The incumbent's primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls from the client's Japanese membership base and fulfilling their holiday requirements through the promotion and selling of the company's leisure products.
- 【 What you will be doing 】- Identifying the “holiday experience” required by our members and aligning availability to that experience, offering similar alternatives where necessary.
- Promoting all company products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
- Processing bookings.

**Requirement**:
- 【 What they are looking for 】- Good command of Japanese in listening/speaking/writing (Min. JLPT N2) is essential to communicate with customers
- Sales and/or call centre experience, Tourism industry experience will be highly preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to conduct a smooth telephonic conversation
