**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage procurement and sales of dry bulk commodities across assigned markets, ensuring smooth trading operations.
- Build and grow relationships with key accounts and support business development initiatives to onboard new clients.
- Monitor market trends, gather insights from suppliers and customers, and provide inputs for forecasting and strategic planning.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders - including logistics and documentation teams - to ensure seamless execution.
- Support compliance, reporting, and data analysis to aid in decision-making and drive operational improvements.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Trade, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in commodity or dry bulk trading; knowledge of cementitious or coal products is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Proactive, adaptable team player comfortable in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
