Management Associate, Risk Management and Operations

We are looking for high calibre, driven, meticulous and strong independent individual to join us as Management Associate, working within a highly skilled and innovative trading team.

**Responsibilities**
- The Management Associate will have exposure to the key functions such as, Risk Management and Operations, Fund Operations and Compliance
- Risk Management and Operations includes preparing of daily PnL and risk management reporting, reviewing risk management parameters and limits, and accounting
- Fund Operations involves trade and position reconciliation, monthly cash and position reconciliation, NAV valuation, cash management and fund transfers, capital activities including subscription and redemption
- Compliance includes regulatory compliance, compliance with policies, processes and controls
- Liaison with brokers, fund administrators, bankers, tax agents and auditors to support operations, due diligences, regulatory reporting and audits.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth business and operational processes and support general administration as required
- Participate in strategic initiatives such as streamlining and automation

**Requirement**
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science or related discipline
- Independent, self-starter with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous, organized, analytical and detail-oriented
- Driven, with ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT savvy
- 1-3 years’ relevant experience in similar capacities
- Final year undergraduates are welcome to apply

**Salary**:Salary will be commensurate with experience
