- Data Preprocessing: Collaborate with data engineers to collect, preprocess, and transform large datasets to ensure the accuracy and reliability of AI models.
- Algorithm Optimization: Continuously optimize and fine-tune models to improve performance, scalability, and accuracy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, software developers, and business stakeholders, to align AI solutions with user needs and company objectives.
- Model Deployment & Maintenance: Deploy models into production environments, monitor their performance, and maintain their accuracy and relevance over time.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed documentation for AI models, codebases, and processes to ensure scalability and future improvements.
**Qualities We Value**
- Knowledge in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience working as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or a related role or preferably with 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of AI / ML algorithms, data structures, and mathematical concepts.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or similar.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for deploying AI models is a plus.
- Deploying offline models such as Gemma 3 or similar is preferable.
- Fine tuning a Model.
- Strong understanding of data science concepts, including supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, etc.
- Ability to work with large datasets and use tools like NumPy, Pandas, and SQL.
- Experience with model evaluation techniques and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and agile development practices.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to approach complex challenges creatively.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Team-oriented and proactive in sharing knowledge and learning from others.
