**Responsibilities**:

- Undertakes complex projects related to systems provisioning, installations, configurations as well as monitoring and maintenance.
- Applies highly developed specialist knowledge and skills in systems administration and works toward continuous optimisation of systems performance.
- Implements systems improvements and instructs other IT staff in the resolution of complex issues.
- Required to be on standby with on-call availability with varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Able to quickly and effectively solve issues as they arise.
- Identify the cause of the issue, evaluate it and develop a solution in collaboration with the team.
- Communicates effectively and displays high level of service standards.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent with 3-5 years Windows Server and Vmware experience
- Experience in developing, implementing and maintaining IT systems.
- Board security knowledge of a wide spectrum of infra systems including servers, network, workstations and security management tools.
- Good Knowledge on Operating system such as windows 2016 / 2019, Ubuntu Linux, Virtualization technologies, such as VMware.
