**Job Scope**:

- Supervise multiple teams of cleaners in multiple cleaning projects
- Train cleaners and team leaders on service standards and provide guidance when necessary
- Assist in planning work schedules and deployment of manpower
- Monitor and follow up on compliance with cleaning procedures, workplace safety and tender specifications
- Implement operation plans to improve work processes and service quality
- Interact and handle complaints and feedbacks and build relationships with customers
- Inspection the condition of all cleaning equipment
- Monitor cleaning material stock level and re-order materials when needed
- Resolve operational problems and make decisions
- Submit daily cleaning report
- Facilitate effective communication and engagement at the workplace

**Job Requirement**:

- Prior experience in the cleaning/conservancy industry with supervisory background
- Good leadership and management skills
- Strong communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders
- Technology savvy and ability to think on your feet
- Attentive and service-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 3 years’ experience
- Certificates or qualifications equivalent to Secondary education
