- **Corporate Secretary**: Automating the company incorporation, secretarial, filing, Nominee Director, mailroom and immigration processes via custom online robots and SleekSign. We are the market leaders in Singapore with ~5% market share of all new business incorporations
- **Accounting & Bookkeeping**: Redefining what it means to do Accounting, Bookkeeping, Tax and Payroll thanks to our proprietary SleekBooks ledger, AI tools and exceptional customer service
- **FinTech payments**: Overcoming a key challenge for Entrepreneurs by offering digital banking services to new businesses

Sleek launched in 2017 and now has around 15,000 customers across our offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and the UK. We have around 500 staff with an intact startup mindset.

**Mission**:
At Sleek, we are on a mission to deliver intelligent, resilient, and high-performance software systems that transform user experiences across industries. We are seeking a SDET who is passionate about quality, automation, and architectural excellence to pioneer our next-generation test automation strategy. If you're eager to drive innovation in test engineering, collaborate cross-functionally, and lead the transformation of quality assurance in a complex, cloud-native, real-time environment, this is your calling.

**Outcomes**:

- Collaborate with domain squads and acquire core business knowledge of Sleek
- Support fail-fast culture by executing automated tests upon code commit
- Coverage should be above 80% at any point on time for features within automation scope
- Support strategic initiatives such as Sleek 2.0 through creation of automated tests
- Add in negative validation or scenarios for production issues within 2 weeks of occurrence
- All business critical flows (happy path and negative path) should be 100% covered before release
- Maintain 100% pass rate for all the automated test execution results and raise failures
