Mardec9 is a startup e-commerce company that opened in July last year, specializing in selling children's clothing. We are seeking a colleague to work collaboratively across all aspects of the business to support our growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Crafting captivating content, scripts, and program structures for live streaming events through strategic planning.
- Actively engaging viewers, driving traffic, and promoting interaction by presenting products & services, addressing inquiries, and maintaining a lively and dynamic flow during the live stream.
- Implementing innovative and creative methods to optimize production workflows.
- Refining and producing content tailored for Social Media live streams to ensure relevance and attractiveness.
- Participating in all aspects of the live stream process, including scheduling, planning, and implementing marketing strategies.
- Staying updated on the latest marketing trends and advancements.
- Diligently working towards achieving targets, boosting viewer engagement, and enhancing their overall viewing experience.
- Analyzing Livestream performance metrics and insights to gain valuable insights and make informed decisions. Performing various ad-hoc duties, projects, and initiatives as required and assigned.

- A lively, dynamic, and imaginative individual with a confident and appealing demeanor, fostering a positive and engaging atmosphere during presentations.
- Possesses strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of delivering presentations that are clear and captivating.

- Finds interest in Fashion, Mom & Kids products, and is open to exploring new product categories.
- Previous experience as a social live streaming host or participation in live streaming training sessions is beneficial. Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments, excelling as a collaborative team member, and enjoying shared successes and growth.

**Salary**:SGD30 / Hour (Part Time)

**Working Hour**:Flexible Working Hour / Mon~Sun
