**Product Delivery**
- Support the CPO in managing diverse projects and deliverables
- Monitor ongoing project deliveries through different dimensions (timeliness, quality, schedule, critical path).
- Maintain data, tools and analytics related to project advancement in Notion, Excel, Tableau, Trello, making sure that the data is up to date and synchronised
- Build a weekly project management reporting aimed at helping to deliver an MVP and subsequent versions of the Product
- Be involved in the Product creation, propose constructive ideas, review critically the written documentation, requirements, features and their implementation

**Product Improvement**
- Test the Product and submit detected issues and potential improvements within the dedicated process
- Web Analytics: Produce usage data, metrics, KPIs, and relevant & meaningful insights within a timely reporting
- Competitive Intelligence & Market Research: monitor features released by our competitors, stay up to date with industry developments
- Conduct customer surveys related to the Product, analyse and communicate findings.
- Participate in campaigns, propose keyword research improvements, coordinate research and content production effort

**Data**
- Contribute to the team effort of producing relevant, innovative, implementable, meaningful data, metrics and analytics
- Produce ad-hoc research and analysis using business intelligence and data analytic tools on markets, onchain economics, DApps, blockchain industry
- Help building, maintaining, implementing a strong data culture (tools, technology, know-how, processes)

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible and focused on solutions
- Organised and self-sufficient
- Leader in the use of IT methodologies, processes and standards for project management
- Working knowledge of project management tools like Tableau, Kanban board, Trello, Miro
- IT background with experience across the systems development life cycle with experience in all project phases - plan, initiate, elaborate, design, build, test, and implement.
- Mastery of project management methodology, tools and templates (includes program/project planning, schedule development, scope management and cost management)
