The AI Product Owner will play a pivotal role in Heineken's Global GenAI Lab in Singapore, driving the vision, roadmap, and execution of AI products that deliver tangible business value across the organization. This role will be responsible for defining product vision, managing stakeholder expectations, and orchestrating cross-functional teams to build and deploy impactful AI solutions. As a senior member of the team, you will also mentor other product owners, establish product management maturity across the lab, and serve as a driving force for AI adoption throughout Heineken.

Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred

**Experience**:

- 3+ years of product management experience with at least 2 years working with AI/ML technologies.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, technology-driven products in enterprise environments.
- Demonstrable experience managing and developing teams, with distinctive problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Experience working in matrix organizations and managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
- Background in driving digital transformation initiatives and technology adoption.
- Experience leading complex initiatives across multiple business functions

**Skills**:

- Strong product management skills including roadmaps, backlog management, and release planning.
- Superior stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- You are an excellent communicator and storyteller, presenting concepts and ideas in different formats, depending on context.
- You can connect with management and senior management as well as with employees, colleagues, and external customers.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, capabilities, and limitations
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while maintaining focus on business outcomes.
- Experience with enterprise software development lifecycles and governance processes
- You possess great people skills paired with a high level of assertiveness.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with customer and consumer centric mindset
