JR30207 Semiconductor Process Eng Manager

Mentoring: Actively share information with others to raise level of awareness and knowledge in the department, site, or larger industry groups. Manage Area Personnel and Programs (Managerial aspect)
- Cover testing process in test floor and burn-in from LVM stage to HVM.
- Make sure HVM lots production smoothly in flow optimization, lot size, change request government (change management)
- Coordinate and co-work with production and equipment teams about utilization and cycle time KPI improvement plan.
- Lead customer audit, like IATF, ISO, FMEA, SOP, 8D, SPC, 3x5why and so on. (quality issue detection)
- Ensure Quality of Process and Product through establishing strategy/program to drive continuous improvement projects (Operational aspect)
- Provide leadership in problem solving and decision making.
- Develop a succession management strategy and periodically conduct talent reviews within department.
- Manage execution of engineering and/or cross-functional projects to ensure operational objectives are met.
