An exciting Investment Operations & Projects Specialist opportunity has recently opened at one of the leading international banks. Our client is recognised as one of the **Top 10 Global Banks** and awarded the **World's Best Bank for Trade Finance**. **Reporting directly to the Head of **Investment** **based in Singapore, this is a great opportunity for junior professionals covering investment procedures and initiatives. They are currently seeking a highly competent individuals to join their team as a Specialist for Investment Operations & Projects.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure that transactions and all investment-related activities are accurate and timely.
- Examine reports on fund valuations and fund prices
- Ensure that investment-linked funds have no discrepancies.
- Keeping GL, bank reconciliations updated and clearing errors as soon as possible
- Comply with and preserve latest records of all operational procedures.
- Participate in the rollout of new initiatives, product releases and ad-hoc projects
- Assist with creating and closing accounts, as well as SSI updates.
- Examine the long-term effects of initiatives that will be executed and look for solutions to simplify procedures.
- Ensure processes adhere to MAS307 regulations.
- Perform documentation for KYC

**Who Do We Look For?**
- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 1-2 years of investment, insurance, or fund accounting background
- Focused, precise, proactive, and self-driven individuals
- Understand the full spectrum of trades procedures.
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Skilled with the Microsoft Office software
- Understanding of accounting software (e.g. SAP and PeopleSoft)
