**Research Associate (Organisations Practice)
**The Job
We are hiring a research associate to contribute to one of Anthro’s Public Good or AnthroPG initiatives to promote workplace wellbeing. To be an effective contributor, you should have nerdy tendencies and enjoy immersing in the latest social, behavioural, and organisational sciences empirical literature. You will translate what you peruse into accessible knowledge nuggets for practitioners and industry partners.

You will traverse the intellectual and grind work of collecting and analysing qualitative and quantitative data. You should be energised by the uncovering of patterns and connections in diverse datasets. But you won’t stop there. You will communicate your findings with engaging storytelling techniques and sophisticated visualisation aesthetics to bring the data to life.

Importantly, you will be the linchpin of the wellbeing initiative by ensuring that the project flows better than an Olympic synchronised swimming routine.

**Basic Requirements**
- Demonstrated ability to synthesising complex topics in academic literatures
- Good grasp of at least one of the following academic literatures; Organisational Science, Organisational Behaviour, Industrial and Organisational Psychology, Social Psychology, Sociology of Work, Professions and Occupations
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in the social, behavioural, or organisational sciences
- Conversant in using statistical analytical and graphing libraries in R or Python
- Adept at analysing qualitative or quantitative data
