**Job Description**:
As a Technician (Fan Blade Manufacturing), you will have the opportunity to cover several operations on the shop floor. These may include the use of various hand tools, gauges, fixtures, hydraulic or pneumatic tooling to craft sophisticated and high-precision hollow titanium fan blades.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Work in a cleanroom environment, operating a variety of machines such as bonders, NDT (X-ray, FPI, UT) processes and etching lines.
- Knowledge of Diffusion bonding process, Printing process, Chemical process, Inspection process, Welding process, NDT process.
- Work in accordance with technique sheets and quality procedures.
- Read and understand technical instruction, the importance of product safety.
- Implement improvement initiatives, up keeping of 5S activities and housekeeping standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of NITEC or Diploma in an engineering related field.
- Prior experiences in aerospace industry will have an advantage.
- Able to interpret and read 3D feature drawings.
- Must be able to work on rotating shifts and overtime if required, inclusive of weekends and public holidays.
