**Job Summary**:
A Science Lab Assistant provides essential support to educational laboratories by assisting in various laboratory activities, ensuring equipment maintenance, and adhering to safety and procedural protocols.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support to the teachers-in-charge of science, contributing to students' learning experience by assisting with the preparation of materials and apparatus for practical work.
- Ensuring that laboratory safety rules and risk-assessment guidelines are adhered to.
- Assist HOD(Science) to collate existing resources, maintain stock checks, place orders, take care of deliveries and invoices as well as keep departmental financial records.
- To perform any other duty assigned by School Leaders, HOD(Science) and other assigned School Staff

**Requirements**:

- Good understanding of laboratory safety would be essential.
- Preferably have studied science in school or a recognized institute of learning
- At least ‘O’ Levels certificate or minimum 2 years experience working in a primary school laboratory
- Good communicator, organized and practical,
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, etc
