**Your role**
- We are seeking a Compliance Officer - Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) to support the APAC ABC program, covering all business divisions in APAC and serve as a member of the Global ABC Team. The global ABC team is responsible for ensuring that UBS has a robust anti-corruption framework. This is an opportunity to contribute to the on-going development of the ABC program.- participate in global ABC programme initiatives, working with the global ABC team, including change programmes and global programme plan deliverables.
- advise, assess, and counsel cross-divisional business stakeholders on client and transaction related ABC risks
- support in the execution of ABC risk assessments, metrics and reporting and prepare and organize logs for ABC-related escalations
- support internal and external audits and regulatory reviews and Framework enhancements or remediation activities
- act with integrity and as a role model, upholding the UBS values and purpose

**Your team**
- You'll be working within the Global Compliance & Operational Risk Control (“C&ORC”) Financial Crime Prevention (“FCP”) framework team in Singapore, and will report to the Regional Head of ABC APAC and Global Head of ABC Framework.

**Your expertise**
- You have:
- good understanding of the regulatory environment
- good understanding of the operating business environment in APAC
- strong command of English and Mandarin
- strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- competence in tools such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, and Tableau
- confidence to challenge the status quo and demonstrate strong risk awareness
- result-oriented and assertive (you don’t shy away from challenging situations)

You are:
- flexible, able to multi-task and change directions based on business demands
- team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage conflict and deal with pressure in a positive manner
- able to evaluate different, complex situations and make appropriate and timely decisions
