Verition Fund Management LLC ("Verition") is a multi-strategy, multi-manager hedge fund founded in 2008. Verition focuses on global investment strategies including Global Credit, Global Convertible, Volatility & Capital Structure Arbitrage, Event-Driven Investing, Equity Long/Short & Capital Markets Trading, and Global Quantitative Trading. We are seeking a bright, motivated, solutions oriented Analyst with a desire to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment. In this role, you will work closely with both internal staff and vendors to solve critical issues and transform our technology platform. You will be responsible for defining and documenting business requirements while working with our technology team and vendors on project work. You'll use your task management, collaboration, and influence skills to ensure that initiatives stay on track. Programming experience is helpful but not required. This is a wide open opportunity to help us reinvent our investment technology suite.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interface with systems vendors and our investment and business teams to reengineer complex trading workflows and define functional system requirements
- Assist with onboarding new investment teams and support staff to trading systems
- Documentation of both technology and investment processes
- Track and report progress on initiatives
- Drive the UAT process with our user base

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar work experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Functional knowledge of common investment systems and/or trading processes
- Experience with listed and/or OTC investment types
