Group Business focuses on protecting businesses and their employees. As part of the Group Business Claims team, you are responsible to ensure that all claims are processed in a timely manner and claims payment are paid correctly.

- Assess policy liability, investigate claims, compute and determine the claim amount payable based on policy cover and management guidelines, review LOG requests.
- Write report on claims cases to be escalated to management.
- Handle and manage claim enquiries/complaints from policyholder, claimants, intermediaries etc.
- Compile, analyse and submit Claims reports as and when required.
- Liaise with intermediaries, hospitals and various other parties.
- Audit claims(in-house) half yearly
- Assist and/or provide training and/or coaching on need basis.
- Ensure that the various KPIs are met
- Undertake any other duties or projects as assigned by the supervisor or Head of Section

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in any discipline with an interest in the insurance sector
- 3 or more years of experience in Life and Health claims assessment and claims management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- A good command of both written and spoken English
- Team player and self-motivated
- Ability to work with tight timelines and under pressure
- Keen eye for details
- Highly organised around multiple priorities & timelines
- Good communication and people skills
- Good understanding of the Insurance industry
