Job Opening: Supervisor for Renovation Company

Job Responsibilities: (Most importantly must be able to handle workers)

1. Oversee daily operations and ensure the quality and progress of renovation projects meet requirements.

2. Guide and coordinate workers on-site, addressing any issues that arise during construction.

3. Ensure safe construction practices and compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

4. Manage materials, tools, and equipment needed for projects, while controlling costs and minimizing waste.

5. Maintain clear communication with clients and management, providing regular project updates.

**Requirements**:
1. At least 5 years of experience in the worker management; prior renovation management experience is a plus.

2. Familiarity with renovation processes, materials, and techniques, with the ability to resolve on-site technical issues.

3. Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.

4. Physically fit and able to work in demanding environments.

5. Highly responsible and capable of independent problem-solving.

Working Hours:

- 6-day workweek, 10 hours per day.

**Benefits**:

- Salary: SGD 4,000-5,000 (commensurate with experience).
- Annual Leave: 7 days.
- Sick Leave: 7 days.
