**Responsibilities**:
**THE ROLE**:
We are seeking for a motivated and experienced supply chain professional to join our Boards Operations Team. The role will engage directly with various internal and external stakeholders for supporting NPI launch, manage vendors and contract manufacturers, supply planning and inventory for NPI and mature products.

**THE PERSON**:
The applicant will be expert in supply planning, vendor and contract manufacturer management, and strong organizational, problem-solving & analytical skill. Knowledge of Kinaxis and SAP is a plus.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Source and qualify new materials to meet NPI deadline and mass production requirements.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders for part qualification, sample requests, and internal requests.
- Manage vendors for on-time delivery, price negotiation.
- Ensure optimal material inventory level.
- Liaise with contract manufacturer for deliveries (CM management).
- Manage system parameters for purchased items, BOM, etc.

**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain or Production Planning.
- Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, APEX is a plus.
- Highly organized and precise.
- Good interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication.
- Able to work under pressure without any supervision, and a good team player.

**ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain/Operations Research or equivalent.
