**1. Responsible for the back-end research and development of Shopee's in-site advertising business, including search, recommendation, display and other advertising positions;**

**2. Design and implement a highly available ad delivery system to meet the high-concurrency and low-latency ad delivery architecture requirements, and use the company's technology, components, and infrastructure to provide architectural support for the advertising business;**

**3. Improve the scalability of the overall system platform to ensure the sound development of technology and business on the overall system;**

**4. Continue to restructure and optimize the engineering implementation of key strategies and modules such as advertising targeting, recall, sorting, and bidding to ensure rapid business development**

**Requirements**:
**1. Bachelor degree or above in computer-related majors, solid computer foundation**

**2. Familiar with the Linux operating system and development environment, have good data structure, algorithm foundation and system design capabilities, familiar with common components in the technical field such as Redis, Kafka, ElasticSearch, Etcd, etc., have deep theoretical research and practical experience, and Can be implemented in business;**

**3. Have some understanding of the advertising system and business, have experience in R&D and design of large-scale high-concurrency systems and complex business systems;**

**4. Have some understanding of one or more of high-performance online services, distributed computing, large-scale storage, machine learning, and service governance;**

**5. Have a good team spirit, strong communication skills, strong initiative, and strong self-driving force;**

**6. Have good product awareness, take the initiative to pay attention to product effects and actively promote the implementation and improvement of product solutions;**

**7. Experience in Internet advertising/search/recommendation system development is a bonus
