As a Project Manager / Business Analyst, you will work closely with key stakeholders, including HO Finance in Europe, Asia and Europe users, and various IT teams to drive project success. You will lead requirement gathering, coordinate across teams, and manage project milestones and delivery.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with HO Finance (Europe) and Asia/Europe users to analyze requirements and propose solutions.
- Organize workshops for requirement gathering and UAT.
- Coordinate with other teams (Security, Systems, Architecture, DevOps) and manage delivery with the source system team.
- Prepare project plans, define milestones, and manage project estimations and resources.
- Lead functional domain expertise, provide impact analysis, and manage L3 production support.
- Ensure project governance, communicate with sponsors, and prepare SteerCo presentations.
- Document functional specifications, obtain sign-offs, and participate in the full development lifecycle (design, SIT, UAT, release).
- Manage functional risks and provide post go-live support.
- 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager/Business Analyst in IT, delivering projects in finance reporting, regulatory reporting, credit risk, management accounting, and core banking solutions.
- Strong experience in financial services with a deep understanding of product life cycle and data quality.
- Knowledge of finance system implementation and accounting processes.
- Proven experience managing full project life cycles, from requirements analysis to stakeholder management and testing.
- Ability to work under pressure, lead workshops, and challenge requirements.
- Strong collaboration skills across global teams.
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- PMP or Scrum certifications are a plus.
