**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assemble and install structural steel frameworks and components
- Read and interpret construction blueprints and drawings
- Use cranes, rigging gear, and power tools to align and secure steel
- Follow all OSHA safety standards and on-site safety procedures
- Work at heights and collaborate with the field team and supervisors

**Qualifications**:

- Prior at least 2years experience in structural steel erection required with metal structure
- Ability to read technical plans and follow directions
- Comfortable working at elevated heights on construction projects
- Strong work ethic and team attitude
- need work overtime after basic hours
- need work at night job when necessary
