**Roles and Responsibilities
**What you will be doing**
- provide general administrative support to our estate planning operations
- Assist with scheduling of customer appointments
- Provide support on various sales and marketing initiatives including lead generation, social media and marketing campaigns
- Other admin duties as needed

**Who are we looking for ?**
- At least 1 year of working experience
- Self-motivated, proactive and have a sense of responsibility
- Effective organisational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritise own workload
- Must be well groomed and possesses an energetic and friendly disposition
- Strong written and verbal communications skills in English and Mandarin are essential
- Results oriented and able to work independently

**Working Hours and Compensation**

Working days : Mondays and Wednesdays

Working hours : please indiciate preference;
9 am to 1 pm, 2 pm to 6 pm or 9 am to 6 pm (full day)

Salary : Hourly paid ($12)
