Reports to Shipping - Receiving Senior Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute daily Warehouse operations in receiving, locating and Issuing
- Ensure all incoming goods are processed in a timely and accurately manner
- Inventory of goods via database entry & transactions
- Coordinate with Purchasing team to resolve Receiving discrepancies
- Liaise with Purchasing team & Freight Forwarders on timely delivery and receiving of goods
- Adhere to Safety and Quality policies
- Maintain 5S Housekeeping in warehouse daily
- Perform cycle count and maintain inventory accuracy in Warehouse

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum NITEC in Supply Chain or equivalent with 1 to 3 years’ of experience in warehousing operation relating to pick & pack, receive & ship
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proficient in spoken & written English
- Experience in Oracle transaction is advantageous
- Open for rotation to other functions

**Other information**:

- Working Days: Mon to Fri
- Working Hours: 8am to 5.30pm
- Type: Contract
- Overtime eligibility
- Location: Kallang
- Salary: 2.3K to 2.7K
