**Job Purpose Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities/Duties**:

- Responsibility, along with others, for the smooth operation of the investor-relations function for hedge

fund and private equity clients.
- Ensuring procedures and controls are followed to enable accurate investor transaction reporting.
- Inputting and reviewing investor trades, reports and communication.
- Ensuring operational best practices in accordance with ISAE 3402 and SOC 1.
- Reviewing investor due diligence, AML and KYC documentation as part of both on-boarding and periodic reviews.
- Reviewing and classifying CRS, FATCA and tax documentation.
- Reviewing and authorising investor trades, reports and communication.
- Working with management on improvements to system controls and reporting developments.
- Ensuring accurate recording of redemption requests.
- Undertaking specific projects as may be assigned from time to time.
- Any other tasks assigned by the directors.

**Skills and Experience;**
- Work experience with finance knowledge is preferred.
