**Job description**

We are an expanding business in Asia, and our office located in the central business district in Singapore. We are looking for a new colleague to support our Office Administration team with the day-to-day office related tasks by ensuring the office is clean and presentable at all times.

In Monjasa we have state-of-the-art facilities in the office and really appreciate our great working environment. Your primary role is to provide a great office support to the colleagues and organisation, and contribute to maintaining a healthy and welcoming office atmosphere.

**Areas of focus**
- Cleaning and maintaining good hygiene in the office
- Storeroom and utility room organising
- Helping and making sure that office is presentable all day and every day
- Preparing for meetings with coffee and tea-break snacks if needed etc.
- Re-stock pantry items and cleaning supplies for the office on weekly and monthly basis
- Packing event merchandise and wrapping gifts for clients and staff on specific occasions

**Your professional skills**
- Experience from in similar position and/or in e.g., tea/pantry assistant in an office
- Good English communication skills

**Your personal skills**
- Enjoys helping other people and give an extra hand where needed
- Positive, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Responsible and knows how to prioritise tasks
- Good social skills
