**Our client is a leading global manufacturer of commercial vehicle parts. Currently, our client is seeking Accountant cum HR Admin to support finance and HR/ administrative operations in their Singapore office.**
**JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)**
- Handle full sets of accounts, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
- Preparation and submission of GST returns. Liaise with IRAS during GST audits.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and analyses to support decision-making.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing valuable insights to management.
- Conduct orientation and onboarding for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.
- Administer payroll processes, including calculation of salaries, bonuses, and deductions, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Oversee employee benefits administration and resolve related queries.
- Other ad-hoc office administrative duties as assigned.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline.
- Proven experience in full sets of accounts management, including knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Comfortable to take charge of office administrative duties
