About the Team:
Impact assessments are at the core of all IIX's work towards mobilizing capital and mainstreaming impact investing. IIX Values is IIX's digital impact assessment platform providing solutions to measure, confirm and grow impact. The IIX Values team is a multi-disciplinary one, comprising strategy & business development, product & platform management and data analytics activities. This seamlessly translates into work on highly entrepreneurial and innovative initiatives, and ‘tangiblizing' ideas for end-to-end solutions on the platform. [You will be joining a team, and company, of highly diverse individuals from different backgrounds and cultures.

About the role:
As a Strategy and Business Development Associate, you will play a vital part in shaping our product strategy, driving business development initiatives, and collaborating with our team. Your responsibilities will include ideating and formulating value propositions, creating compelling presentation materials, conducting market research, and supporting the implementation of our strategic plans. You will also engage with potential clients and partners, showcasing the IIX Values platform and fostering relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in the ideation of new ideas and concepts, and formulate value propositions.
- Create and develop presentation decks (e.g., PowerPoint) with compelling visualizations and concepts to showcase IIX's offerings.
- Conduct research on user, market, and ecosystem needs for product ideation.
- Follow up on actions and deliverables to implement the product strategy effectively.
- Reach out to potential users and clients, including corporates, SMEs, financial players, and foundations.
- Research and prepare call preparations for business development activities.
- Demonstrate the IIX Values platform to interested parties.
- Handle international stakeholders and projects with ease and professionalism.
- Possess a solid foundation in finance or business principles.
- Willingness to learn about impact investing and deepen knowledge in this area.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and grow IIX's products and services.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, or economics.
- With 3 and above years of experience in strategy, business development, or related roles is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and research abilities.
- Proficiency in creating presentations using tools like PowerPoint.
- Strong willingness to learn about the impact investing eco-system & impact assessments
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated passion for sustainable development and impact investing.
