Roles & Responsibilities
**Responsibilities**:
- Process sales order from customer & billing of invoices.
- Assist sales team for process Quotation to customer
- Assist in monthly accounts closing activities, including preparing journals & schedules.
- Handle monthly staff claims payment
- Handle partial accounts (AP & AR)
- Co-ordinates creditors payment and reconciliation, prepares cheques/telegraphic transfer
- Handle Office admin tasks
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when requested
**Requirements**:
- At least 1-2 years relevant experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and excel, quickbooks, xero
- Bilingual in English & Chinese as they may need to complete various reports required in Chinese language
