**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Oversee funds work, **including fund transactions, advisory services, and regulatory matters**, as well as other **general corporate work**.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients on fund formation, structuring, licensing, and compliance matters, with **a focus on private equity funds, investment funds, and other alternative investment vehicles.**:

- ** Draft, review, and negotiate fund documentation, **including offering memoranda, partnership agreements, subscription agreements, and regulatory filings.
- ** Conduct legal research and analysis on complex legal issues** related to fund operations, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- ** Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers**, including partners, associates, fund administrators, and regulatory authorities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in law from a reputable university; admission to the Singapore Bar or equivalent jurisdiction.
- ** Minimum of 5 years of PQE in legal practice**, with a focus on financing preferably gained in a top-tier law firm or financial institution.
- Strong knowledge of **venture capital, private equity, and debt financing structures,** with a proven ability to navigate complex deal structures and documentation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with a **good balance of IQ and EQ.**:

- Ability to thrive in a **fast-paced, intense working environment**, with a **willingness to work hard and stay back when necessary.**:

- Demonstrated ability to **deliver high-quality legal services** and meet demanding performance standards.
