**Senior Technician, Quality**:
We are looking for a Senior Technician, who has a quality mindset in ensuring all packaging material meets the standard of quality and safety.

This role is an individual contributor and is a member of a shift team operations responsible for the quality of products.

You will operate laboratory equipment and instrument to perform laboratory tests according to the standard procedures to determine the quality of manufactured products. You will actively participate in improvement teams and initiatives.

You will be based in Jurong, Singapore.

**What you will do**:

- Ensure the manufactured products meet the standards of quality
- Be responsible for the packaging material quality, efficiency, safety and wastes
- Raise non-conformance report and conduct analysis
- Calibrate and perform basic trouble shooting on laboratory equipment and instrument
- Update laboratory analysis result and records
- Handle specific project to improve product quality and product waste
- Provide expertise to support other department to achieve the overall key performance targets
- Participate in WCM teams/ activities and promote safety culture at workplace

**Who you are**:

- Diploma/ITE in any Engineering field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in quality
- Ability to do basic data analysis and experience in troubleshooting related issues
- A team player who can investigate non-conformities and drive issues independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
