**Job description** About the job**
You will support the HR Team to be the preferred employer of choice and render recruitment and administration support to the team.

**Your assignment**
- You will support in the recruitment and selection process of part time positions for the different departments
- You will support in HR administration matters such as preparation of employment contracts, briefing of employment contracts, issuance of work uniform and equipment to new hires and other HR related matters
- You will support in the administration of new hires on-boarding and off-boarding process
- You will support in employment engagement activities
- You will support in other HR duties, which may be assigned from time to time

**Qualification** Your Profile**
- You currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resource
- You have strong writing, communication and interpersonal skills
- You are independent, meticulous and able to work with tight timelines
- You are able to commit for the period July-December (6 months)
- You are able to cope in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Related work experience in HR or Recruitment will be advantageous

5 days work week (0830-1730 hours)
