- Assist with front (reception) desk duties, including handling and distributing incoming mails and deliveries
- Assist with on-site (Seminar Room) event set up and post-event duties
- Assist with updating persons to Centre facial recognition access system and meeting room booking system
- Assist in liaising and coordinating with vendors and service providers to ensure requirements are fulfilled
- Assist in liaising and coordinating with facilities team for maintenance work and cleaning/sanitation services
- Assist in liaising and coordinating with finance team for documentation and processing of bills and invoices
- Assist in certain aspects of procurement such as ordering and restocking of stationery and pantry supplies

This is an hourly-rated position.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum Polytechnic Diploma with at least 2-4 years of working experience in similar capacity
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive individual with a positive work attitude
- Diligent, systematic, and organized
- Attentive to details
- Good knowledge in cost and quality control, resource planning and on-site operations
