**Your Objective**:
Your objective will be to manage a tuition centre. This includes: engaging potential customers; building and maintaining relations with customers; administrative matters. You will assist the Centre Manager in the smooth operations of the centre.

**Who We are Looking for**:
We are seeking someone who is independent, dynamic and who takes ownership in tasks assigned, to join us as an Assistant Centre Manager. If you like interacting with kids and teens, that is an added advantage for sure :)
- Possess mínimally a GCE N/O Level Certificate
- Prior work experience not necessary but is an advantage
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin
- Meticulous & attentive to details

**Your Responsibilities (not exhaustive)**:

- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, printing of worksheets, preparation of invoices, chasing of late payments
- Work closely with the Centre Manager to ensure that the centre is operationally functional and to maintain cleanliness
- Working hours: Weekdays varies between 3.30pm-9.30pm (one weekday off), Weekends 8.45am-6pm (alternate Sundays off; hours can be discussed)

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
