Lendlease Singapore is currently searching for an experienced Investment Analyst / Senior Analyst, supporting the investment management team in the form of deal sourcing, transaction execution, portfolio management and capital raising activities in the Lendlease Investment Management business.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
- This role provides ongoing support for the management of Lendlease funds and mandates with institutional investors, including regular reporting, ad-hoc asset acquisitions and capital recycling opportunities.
- As part of the regional team, the role provides exposure to the various countries and markets within the Lendlease Asia presence and opportunity to work with teams across different disciplines and geographies.
- Secondary activities include working closely with Investment Managers / Directors and functional teams to optimise project structuring, and Project Management of live transactions in the form of co-ordination and management from start to finish.

Key requirements for the role include:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Property, Business and/or Applied Finance & Investment
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with demonstrated capabilities in financial modelling
- Organised with the ability to compartmentalise and manage across time across multiple projects. Proactive and results-driven, able to work under pressure whilst demonstrating flexibility
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across multiple teams in different geographies and expertise.
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of software, including Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
