**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare lesson plans, lessons, and materials to complete learning objectives for group or individual lessons.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet international or local students' interests and learning styles according to their needs.
- Establish and communicate clear lesson objectives and encourage students to explore learning opportunities.
- Create, assign, and grade various assessments and homework for students, including tests, quizzes, essays, and projects.*
- Administer tests bi-monthly to track and evaluate students’ progress, helping students improve study methods and habits.*
- Establish and enforce rules of behaviour for students in the classroom and manage student behaviour. Feedback to Academic Head if student’s misbehaviour repeatedly disrupts the lesson.
- Communicate or update regularly with the Academic Head on students’ progress.
- Maintain positive relationships with students, coworkers and supervisors.
- Maintain and update your own teaching records (softcopy or hardcopy) for all your lessons.
- Work with the Academic Head to create teaching resources for Inspiration Learning Hub Pte Ltd.*

**Requirements**:

- Must complete at least A Level, Polytechnic, Degree, or higher education.
- Must be able to commit to work 1.5 or both weekends. (Off-In-Lieu on weekdays)
- Patient, willing to learn/adapt, and proficient in communication.
