**Responsibilities**:

- Consolidate shipments and promptly handle customer and team escalations
- Perform corrective actions and preventive measures for immediate service recovery
- Rates and space negotiation with carriers and vendors
- Prepare standard quotes and rates to customer and overseas branches
- Develop and maintain strategic relationship with the Key Accounts customers
- Perform effective overall air freight shipment and operation arrangement from A to Z
- Liaise with shipping lines /carrier and overseas agent on bookings, various requirements and rates
- Manage Customs Declaration and Incoterms
- Billing and Invoicing

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of FCL, LCL
- Good coordination skills
