Get to know the Role:
As an Axiom Support Lead you shall be working with a diverse set of teams across the bank - Business stakeholders from Finance and Risk, Data Engineering, Vendor resources as well as upstream and downstream platform teams. Working in a fast-paced environment, you shall be focused on requirement gathering from the right mix of stakeholders, user story and artefact creation, getting buy-in from stakeholders for requirements / user stories covering new demand as well as changes to the existing implementation. You shall also be responsible for overseeing the delivery of new demand as well as change requests by the vendor resources. You would also be monitoring changes to the Risk and Regulatory Reporting domain and proactively assess how they impact the bank.

The day-to-day activities:

- Proactively identity demand (new demand as well as changes to the existing system) and communicate that to the vendor as well as internal digibank resources
- Understand, elicit, analyse, document, and communicate requirements
- Engage with vendor and digibank teams to perform impact assessment and estimate delivery effort and timelines
- Works ahead of the delivery team to elicit requirements for next iteration’s user stories
- Creates user stories in a format that supports Acceptance Test Driven Development
- Provides discipline, rigor, and technical skills to the requirements definition and validation process
- Collaborates with key stakeholders to complete required artefacts
- Perform data mapping across source and target systems in collaboration with bank and vendor resources
- Manages delivery of new demand as well as changes to the existing system by the vendor and/or internal bank resources
- Perform end to end functional testing of the system
- Support UAT performed by business users

The must haves:

- At least 6 - 8 years of experience within similar domain.
- Deep understanding of the MAS Regulatory reporting requirements for banks.
- Deep understanding of regulatory risk calculations (e.g. RWA (MAS 637), Single Counterparty Group / Large Exposures (MAS 656), loan grading (MAS 612), stress testing, ECL / provisioning)
- Experience with vendor solutions like Axiom SL for regulatory reporting
- Experience with vendor solutions like Axiom SL for risk calculations
- Experience in working with fast-paced delivery teams in an agile delivery environment
