**Manage and ensure smooth operation of the coffee shop;**
**Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas to comply with health and food safety regulations and necessary policies and procedures**
**Lead, encourage and motivate the team to develop a good working culture and teamwork in the workplace**
**Increase restaurant performance through sales building, evaluate and control expenditure, actively pursue cost saving measures to achieve the sales target set**
**Work closely with the Chefs in the planning of new menus for the restaurant**
**Perform cashiering and accounting duties**
**Maintain and ensure timely replenishment of stocks and restaurant equipment**
**Resolve customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality and service effectively**

**Job Requirements**

**Strong interest and passion in food preparation and serving with at least 2 years of working experience in F&B industry**
**Posses strong leadership skills, executor, planner, problem solving and result-oriented**
**Effective time management**
**Responsible, good interpersonal and communication skills at all level**
**Able to work in a fast-paced environment**
**Able to start work immediately will be advantageous**
**Salary will be commensurate with experience
