Responsible and accountable for safe and efficient operation.
- Compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Management of vessels Certification, documentation and surveys.
- Preparing and managing vessels budgets.
- Inspection of vessels which may require sailing on board.
- Managing docking and repairs.
- Support crew with technical issues.
- Communicating with the owners and other 3rd parties.
- Purchase of spares and stores.
- Arrange vetting or charterer/owner inspections and retain responsibility for ensuring vessels’ acceptance.
- Accountable for maintaining operational KPIs set by the senior management. To ascertain reason for not meeting environment KPI for management review.
- Analyze SIRE observations and ensure correct response is uploaded in SIRE.
- Ensure that all TMSA requirements and other company-specific special requirements & instructions for the safe operation of tankers are implemented on board and followed diligently by the office staff as well as by the vessels under management. Work closely with MO to carry out this function.
- Structural review response to external parties.
- Any other task assigned by the Company.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience as Master or C/E on ocean-going Very Large Liquefied Petroleum Gas Carriers with Reliquefication capability or Very Large Liquefied Natural Gas carriers (steam turbine, X-DF engine) or equivalent qualification and experience from maritime industry.
- Capable of supervising staff at sea.
- Adequate ability and attitude to work in a multi cultured organization.
- Have adequate understanding of various International Maritime regulatory requirements of shipping industry and Safety Management Systems as per ISM Code.
