**About the Company**
RushOwl develops an AI-driven Mobility-as-a-Service(MaaS) platform for public transportation and logistics players, but we are looking to create our own digitized transportation network as well
We are on a mission to create a digitized transportation ecosystem where personalized transportation can be unlocked for the people, by the people within our RushOwl suite of products, ranging from direct B2C ride-sharing services to B2B Corporate Mobility Schemes. Our team operates in an open, fast-paced environment where every team member is recognized for their skills and accomplishments, rather than their designations.
**About the Role**
As a Sales Executive (Leasing), your primary mission is to drive growth by sourcing leads and converting them into successful vehicle leasing deals. You will play a pivotal role in building strong, lasting relationships with driver-partners and corporate clients—helping them see the value of leasing with RushOwl.
You're someone who loves hitting the road (figuratively and literally) to bring in new business. You're hungry for growth, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a high-speed, high-impact environment.
You are confident in building and maintaining a brand that our passengers trust and love. You have strong evidence of strong leadership and task management skills.
**So what does a typical work week look like for you?**
- Proactively identify and source new sales leads for vehicle leasing opportunities
- Pitch RushOwl’s leasing packages and convert leads into active lessees
- Follow up with prospects and provide excellent post-sale onboarding support
- Work closely with operations and leasing executives to ensure smooth handover and service quality
- Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation efforts and feedback
- Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions
- Stay on top of market trends and competitor offerings to optimize your approach

- Self-Starter: You will need to coordinate multiple projects concurrently, completing your tasks dutifully with mínimal supervision time efficiently.
- Strong sales or business development background (transport/mobility/leasing preferred)
- Strong Communication Skills: You will need to communicate clearly and effectively with our leads.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
**Responsibilities**
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create a business relationship from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
**Qualifications**
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- CRM experience is preferred

To solve the problem of frustratingly rigid public transit, buses or trains need to be deployed based on a demand-responsive format, which means that cities either make public transport lines more dynamic or adopt a nightmarish amount of taxis. Unlike the latter, mass transit services can serve at least 30x more passengers with lesser vehicles, which also means less congestion and smogs generated amongst our roads. A large network of free-flowing mass transit vehicles means that any corner of a city can be made infinitely accessible and every citizen can now easily access public transportation. The key to making this work is to ensure that every passenger can now share a speedy mass transit ride that caters to their personal schedule
- this is the goal of RushOwl. A mass transit ride that can adapt dynamically to every passengers’ demands in terms of location and time creates an era where no new cities (even in new planets) will plan public transportation starting with bus or train stations ever again.
