**Overview**
- Responsible for producing signage technical drawings including location plans, message schedules, and construction details. You will have an excellent eye for detail and an understanding of materials, finishes, and associated production techniques.

**Key tasks**
- Responsible for managing all communication and coordination works with clients, consultants, and contractors' teams.
- Work closely with clients, architects, and project managers to understand their needs and requirements and communicate with the project team.
- Attend site progress and coordination meetings with consultants and contractors to ensure successful implementation of the project in a timely and technically sound manner.
- Develop technical drawings in the design development of signage packages.
- Responsible for reviewing contractors' shop drawings, RFIs, material samples, mock-ups, and prototypes.
- Conduct site and factory reviews to check the quality of fabrication and accuracy of signage installation on site as per approved design intent and technical shop drawings.
- Responsible for the preparation of signage tender/contract drawings, signage location plans, message schedule, and BOQ.
- Responsible for producing signage location plans and message schedules.
- Review and evaluate tender submissions and make recommendations.
- Preparing drawings and detailed design documents using BIM Modelling.

**Skills & experience**
- Min Degree, Diploma or Certification in Architecture, Engineering, Product or Industrial design or relevant fields.
- Min. 3 years of working experience in managing/ coordinating signage and wayfinding projects.
- Good communication and organizational skills and ability to work independently.

**Software**
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, Adobe Illustrator, In design, Photoshop, and Sketchup.
- Knowledge and experience with Revit / BIM Modelling would be a bonus.
- Qualifications
