**Job Description**:
**Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal customers for sales forecast.
- Order processing and fulfilment of purchase requisitions.
- Obtain, review and analyse material requirements for purchasing plans.
- Follow up with suppliers on delivery lead times.
- Proactively seek ways to reduce inventory aging and obsolesces.
- Contact shipping companies for quotation and clearance of shipments.
- Liaise with Land Transport Authority (LTA) for vehicle related matters.
- Documentation of processes in line with company ISO procedures.
- Generate monthly report and KPIs.
- Assist and perform other duties when assigned by reporting superior.

**Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Engineering or in related discipline.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of efficiency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), particularly in Microsoft Excel.
- Pro-active and good follow up skills.
- Familiar with automotive parts will be an added advantage.
- Familiar with Incoterms.
- Able to commence work immediately.
- Singaporeans are welcome to apply.
