Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the documentation related to trade finance transactions, including letters of credit, bills of lading, and other trade finance documents.
- Ensure that all trade finance operations comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Work closely with the Trade Finance Manager to monitor the company's trade finance activities and provide regular reports.
- Assist with the management of the company's relationships with banks and other financial institutions.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure the smooth execution of trade finance transactions.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in trade finance regulations and industry best practices, and make recommendations to improve the company's trade finance operations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in trade finance, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong understanding of trade finance regulations and best practices.
- Experience with letters of credit, bills of lading, and other trade finance documents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
