UnaBiz is looking for Group Finance Director for its group operations. As a key stakeholder of the company, you are responsible for leading the group's financial strategy and decision-making process. This includes but not limited to preparing and presenting financial reports, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, developing and implementing financial policies, and analysing financial performance. The Group Finance Director will also work closely with other senior leaders to drive business growth and create long-term value for the company.

Part of the Senior Management, you will be reporting directly to the Group CFO.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the group’s business goals
- Prepare and present group consolidated financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting process, and ensure the company has the necessary resources to achieve its goals
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures that comply with regulations and best practices
- Identify and manage financial risks
- Provide guidance and support to other departments on financial matters
- Lead group audit and tax compliance activities
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and other financial partners
- Roll out group-wide system improvement initiatives for financial reporting

**Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior-level role
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- CPA or other relevant professional certification is a plus
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Coaching and mentoring ability
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in communicating with various senior stakeholders
- Able to work remotely
- Business level English proficiency and second language in Chinese and/or French will be advantageous
